Hello lovely people and welcome back to my blog!

For those who don’t know we recently had the SAG awards and wow some of the outfits were beautiful and some I hope never to see again.

I love a new year because it means more red carpets and best/ worst dressed posts – I seriously feel like I’m in fashion police.

Enough of my chit chat, let’s get into the BEST and WORST dressed from the SAG awards 2018!

Keltie Knight in Erdem – At first I didn’t like this dress but wow it grew on me, the cut is amazing.

Renee Bargh in Alex Perry – I love Alex Perry; he is one of the most beautiful Australian designers and can’t do wrong.

Giuliana Ranic in Steven Khalil – Same with Steven Khalil, stunning.

Natalia Dyer in Christian Dior – One word, Dior.

Tracee Ellis Ross in Ralph & Russo – Absolutely in love with this dress, love the white accessories and then the pop of red with the lipstick and earrings.

Samira Wiley in Tadashi Shoji – Stunning.

Susan Sarandon in Alberta Ferretti – Susan is queen and looks like a boss, what else is there to say.

Yara Shahidi in Ralph Lauren – We all know I’m a pant lover, so when I saw this outfit I died.

Margot Robbie in Miu Miu – Margot and Miu Miu are such a perfect combo.

Susan Kelechi Watson in Rubin Singer and Nicholas Kirkwood – The style/cut and the colour is stunning!

Halle Berry in Pamella Rolland – Everything about this dress is beautiful.

Lupita Nyong’o in Ralph & Russo – LOVE.

Saoirse Ronan in Louis Vuitton – Wasn’t the biggest fan at first but the colour won me over.

Jackie Cruz in Rami Kadi – Reminds me a bit of Giambattista Valli but still stunning.

Leslie Mann wearing Zuhair Murad – Love the cut and the colour!

Sally Hawkins in Dior Haute Couture – Not a fan, at all – I hope I never see this outfit again.

Greta Gerwig in Bottega Veneta – Not a fan of this dress, hate the colour.

Natalie Zea in Ports 1961 – I like the idea of the dress but it looks cheaply made and about to fall apart.

Alexandra Breckenridge in Antonio Grimaldi Couture – I really don’t mind the style of the dress, it’s just the colour I don’t like, it does nothing for her skin tone.

Kate Hudson in Valentino – I’m probably going to get so much hate for this but wasn’t a fan, at all. I love Kate and I love this pixie cut, but something about the dress I don’t love. The style is stunning, it’s the pattern that’s making me hate it.

Allison Williams in Fernando Jorge – I don’t understand this dress, not a fan.

Emily Althaus in Amanda Navarra by Bon Sach – EVERYTHING about this dress is terrible.

Jackie Tohn in Sachin & Babi – Nothing about this dress is flattering.

I would love to know which outfit you loved and which one you didn’t love? I think it’s pretty obvious which ones I didn’t like.

  1. I kinda like the Hudson one but if I saw it in a thrift store, I’d likely still put it back.
The lace around the neck covers too much ground. If it was brought up about 3 or 4 inches and brought in a grand total of about 6 more inches, it’d be a very lovely vintage looking conservative dress. Also, the ruffles at the edge of the lace are love/hate. If they went with a lace that was the same shade as the pinkish fabric it’d give a smoother transition, IMO.
